BIG 3D PRINTERS FOR BIG IDEAS

BIG 3D PRINTERS FOR BIG IDEAS

In 2015, BLB Industries AB was established with the aim of supplying big advanced 3D printers for industrial applications. We manufacture standard machines but can also design and customise machines to the customer’s individual requirements. Standard machines delivering build volumes ranging from 1500 x 1000 x 1000 mm up to 2000 x 2000 x 1500 mm allow items to be manufactured for many industrial applications.

MADE IN SWEDEN

The machines are designed and assembled in Sweden in our Värnamo factory using high-quality components from companies such as Bosch Rexroth, Siemens, SMC, etc.

Before the machines leave our factory, they undergo intensive quality tests. We are committed to ongoing development to ensure the machines always incorporate the latest technology required for a stable and reliable process.

We are always attentive to the customer’s needs in respect of their particular application, and we tailor all development to ensure the machine will be the preferred future option in terms of production method.

RAPID PRINTING

Granule extrusion and high-quality linear systems allow extremely rapid printing. Print volumes ranging from 250 g/h to over 30 kg/h can be achieved. The volume depends on the type of thermoplastic as well as the nozzle and extruder size selected.

GRANULES

Our 3D printers use granules, which are the cheapest form of thermoplastic. This also means that we can use our customers’ own thermoplastics, thereby eliminating the need to develop new materials, so we can offer the customer cost-effective production. On the standard machines, there is the additional option of selecting two extruders, which allows printing with different nozzle sizes and different materials during the same print run.

PRINTING SERVICE

In addition to machines, we also offer a comprehensive printing service in different thermoplastics for our customers. We can use our own standard plastics or offer the customer printing in their own material. The print runs may be of one-off type, e.g. a prototype, or part of small-scale serial production.
